The scores you receive will determine which area you should focus on first. Once your score in a particular category reaches a healthy benchmark, you then move forward to the next area.

Based on your results, you can decide where to focus next — with coaching, a nutrition-focused plan, or a broader lifestyle shift.

A 90-day paid experience with personal guidance through Zoom, email, and text.
