We begin with understanding — starting with the Self-Care Wellness Checklist. This tool helps you reflect on your current habits and routines by scoring different areas of your life. Your scores help determine which area to focus on first. Once a category reaches a healthy benchmark, you move forward to the next area.
Based on your results, you can decide what support fits best next — coaching, a nutrition-focused plan, or a broader lifestyle shift.

Everyone’s wellness journey is different. That’s why I offer flexible options — whether you want full support, structure without check-ins, or just a simple starting point to improve your habits. All options are built around my Self-Care Wellness Checklist, so you can choose the option that best fits your lifestyle.
🩺 Diabetes Prevention Programs (Virtual)
These programs are for adults who have been diagnosed as prediabetic by a healthcare provider and want structured, step-by-step lifestyle support to reduce risk and build lasting habits.
Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP)
I currently lead a virtual Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program for eligible participants.

For adults under 65 or not on Medicare, I offer a separate private virtual diabetes prevention program through Best Weight On You, using DPP-based training and evidence-informed resources.

🤝 Guided Coaching (Live Support)
All Food & Lifestyle Programs — Kickstart, Momentum, Total Reset, and Personalized — can be completed with live coaching support.
This option includes scheduled Zoom meetings, along with email and text support. We review your progress, talk through challenges, and adjust as needed so you’re supported rather than guessing.
You continue working through the Self-Care Wellness Checklist with personalized direction, regular check-ins, and real-time feedback.
Includes:
- Guided food plans
- Nourishing recipes
- Food planning tips
- Movement suggestions
- Shopping guidance
- Self-reflection promptsThis format is ideal if you want structured accountability and direct support as you move through your chosen program.

🧭 Independent Option (Self-Guided)
All Food & Lifestyle Programs are also available in a self-guided format.
You receive the same structured food plans and program materials included in the Coach-Led option, but you move through them independently without scheduled meetings or live check-ins.
This option works well if you are self-motivated and prefer to move at your own pace while still following a clear framework.
If you later decide you want additional support, you can transition into the Coach-Led option

Healthy Weight, Healthy Lifestyle is not a separate add-on — it is the practical focus that guides all coaching and food-based programs.
Once we understand your Self-Care Wellness Checklist results, we take steady, structured steps toward building routines that support your nutrition, movement, and daily habits in a way that fits your real life.
This approach is grounded in clarity, consistency, and sustainable change — without extremes or confusion.

A visual tool we use to see what’s helping you, and what needs support
After you complete the Self-Care Wellness Checklist, we use the Wellness Wheel to look at the areas of your life that influence your health and weight.
It allows us to step back and recognize patterns that aren’t always obvious day to day, so we’re not guessing where to begin.
Through coaching, we consider areas such as:
- Organization and time management
- Fulfillment and purpose
- Environmental factors and surroundings
- Physical activity and fitness
- Relationships and social connections
- Stress management
- Sleep and rest
- Occupational and recreational balance
You don’t need to score or evaluate these areas yourself. That’s my role.
I use this snapshot to identify a realistic starting point, build routines that fit your life, and adjust support as your needs evolve.
