You’ll be supported through guided group sessions that provide education, encouragement, and accountability—so you’re never doing this alone. For those who want additional individualized support, one-on-one coaching is available as an upgrade.

📅 Program Timeline

The Private Diabetes Prevention Coaching Program is delivered as a structured, cohort-based experience designed to build
skills gradually and support long-term lifestyle change.

  • Total Program Length: 9 months
  • Format: Fully virtual group coaching via Zoom
  • Structure: Live education, guided discussion, practical tools, and accountability

Session Schedule

  • Months 1–3: Four sessions per month
  • Months 4–6: Two sessions per month
  • Months 7–9: One session per month

The program follows a 9-month curriculum. Session dates may extend slightly beyond nine calendar months due to holidays
or scheduled breaks. When sessions are paused, they are rescheduled so participants still receive the full program content.

Participants receive supporting materials such as worksheets, habit trackers, and practical tools to use between sessions.

Program Expectations & Commitment

This program requires more than simply attending sessions.

Participants are encouraged to apply what they learn between sessions, follow through on action steps, and practice the habits being taught. The program provides the structure, tools, and support. Meaningful progress depends on each participant’s willingness to do the work.

Outcomes vary, and progress is strongly influenced by consistency, honesty, and follow-through.

Attendance & Participation

We understand that real life happens while also supporting consistency.

  • Participants may miss up to three sessions over the nine-month program
  • Make-up sessions are available for missed classes, up to the three-session limit
  • Make-up sessions must be completed during the same week the session is missed
  • If a make-up session is not completed that week, it is forfeited and cannot be completed later
  • Participants who miss more than three sessions may continue in the program, but additional make-up sessions are not available

Program Investment

This is a structured nine-month coaching program delivered in a small-group setting.

The total program investment is $899. Payment options are as follows:

  • $899 Pay-in-Full (preferred)
  • $977 Installment Option — three monthly payments of $326

Installment payments are completed during the first three months of the program, which represent the high-touch phase with the greatest level of support.

Because this program is delivered as a structured, cohort-based coaching experience, all payments are non-refundable once the program begins.

Program Completion & Next Steps

At the end of the program, participants leave with a personalized set of habits, tools, and routines they can continue independently. Ongoing or follow-up support may be available separately if offered.
