After reaching my heaviest weight, I started on my weight loss journey with my Dr. and slowly lost 40 lbs. Fourteen months later, I had gained back 20 lbs and decided I needed to do something drastic. I started with Best Weight On You in the middle of November and stayed with the program through the holidays, a 7 day cruise, a trip to Vegas and most importantly eating out every weekend!
The weight came off quickly and I never felt deprived. One of the best moments was going to buy a pair of slacks and having to ask where in the store can I buy “regular” size clothes! I have not felt and looked this good in years!
