Melita’s Story

I have decided to share my before and after because,
as a coach, people think I never had a weight problem.

The year 2010 was the defining moment for me. I was faced with my picture at my sons wedding.
I did not like what I saw and had instant whiplash.

I turned to my childhood friend who had lost 80 pounds. She was my coach and guiding light.
I removed 35 pounds and 42 inches from my body with the ITG Diet.

It took me 3 1/2 months total to go through Steps 1 – 3.

I am now eating healthier and eating ANY food I want but in moderation.

Thank you Cyndy for all your help ……. Now I am a coach for others who need to remove their weight.
