Self-care is at the heart of everything I do. My coaching is designed to help you identify what’s working, what’s not, as well as how to build sustainable habits that support your life and health goals.

- Guided Coaching — a 90-day paid experience with personal support and accountability through Zoom, text, and email

- Guided Food Plan Only — a simple, practical way to get started with healthy eating, without the full coaching commitment
Because one size does not fit all, all coaching paths include helpful tools like recipes, shopping tips, movement ideas, and wellness check-ins — designed to keep you on track without overwhelm or pressure.

This isn’t just a free download — it’s where we begin.
The Self-Care Wellness Checklist is a personal self-assessment that helps you reflect on your habits, routines, and overall well-being. You’ll score yourself in key areas of your life, which reveals where you need the most support right now.
Your scores determine your starting point. Once you reach a healthy benchmark in one area, you move to the next — step by step, at your own pace.
This is the same tool I use with my private coaching clients to guide lasting, meaningful change — starting exactly where you are.
📘 How My Program Works
Once you’ve completed your Self-Care Wellness Checklist, we’ll use your scores to determine where to begin. From there, we use the Wellness Wheel to explore how all parts of your life are connected — from nutrition and movement to time management, rest, and relationships.
This approach allows us to create a personalized path that supports a Healthy Weight and a Healthy Lifestyle — not through extremes, but through structure, support, and sustainable habits.
You won’t be doing it alone. My programs are designed to meet you where you are and move at your pace.
