I asked ❓Jennifer what weight loss programs has she tried before.

She said she had tried the low carb diet and she said she was not sure if she was ever doing it correctly. πŸ€” It did not work at all for here.

Also, she thought she was putting so much fat πŸ™…β€β™€οΈ into her body, she thought there was no way I could lose weight like this.

She never felt like it was a balance of the good and the bad…. so , it never worked for her.

I asked πŸ€·β€β™€οΈher during that process was anybody there to help her walk through the process? she said no… it was just something she hadπŸ“š read about and decided to do on her own.
