Welcome to my website. I am a Health and Wellness Coach who helps people create lifelong habits and routines that improve their health and guide them toward their goals. With over 13 years of experience, I have helped over 1,000  individuals achieve better balance, energy, and well-being.

💬 Real Life, Real Struggles

When I started having children, weight became a struggle.  I’ve lost and gained the same 35 pounds multiple times in my life. Chances are, wherever you are in your health journey, I was there at one time, too! My weight and health priorities fluctuated for years. Then, at age 40, I decided it was time to make a change.

💪 The Turning Point

Over the next 3 months, I lost 35 pounds and went from barely making it through the day to someone who enjoys being outside, playing with my grandchildren, and just moving my body. My health, happiness and overall lifestyle improved. – because I changed my habits and routines. And YOU CAN TOO!

I am now 68, I am healthy, active wife, mother, and grandmother — and I’ve never felt more in tune with who I am and how I want to live.
