Lelia knows the way to get back on track.
I am interviewing Lelia. π€π So, I stated that we have known each other before, and it has been a while. β³ This protocol I have designed helps people virtually ππ» and keeps them on target when they are done. β So, I have created a maintenance book πβ¨ to support them in staying on track.
Before you started with me, how were you feeling? What was going on that had you call me? π€π
Lelia states, “I had done well! π I did the program around 2020 with you, and I maintained for a while… then in early 2023… Through life events and stress related to that πππ… I just became insatiable πππ©, and I could not put enough food in my mouth. I just appeared to have lost my self-control. π΅βπ« I could just see my weight going up, up. πβοΈ I decided I was going to reach out to you because I did not want to go back to where I was in 2020.” ππ
Thatβs a powerful statement from Leliaβit highlights the real struggle of maintaining progress and how easy it is to slip back into old habits. ππ Her experience reinforces the need for a structured maintenance plan, like the book youβve created, to help people stay on track long-term. πβ¨πͺ
She also knows that I am here to support her through lifeβs hiccups. π€ππ
How do you plan to guide her this time around to ensure she regains control and maintains it? π
