When Turkey is half way cooked put in the ground beef.
Add the zucchini, cabbage, scallions plus season garlic, salt and pepper.
2/3 chicken or beef broth to keep from drying out.
When vegetables are still a little crunchy drain the meat.
Preparing the bell peppers
Take the peppers cut the tops off and clean out.
Microwave for 3 minutes on high
Putting it all together
Stuff peppers with meat mixture. Place in an oven safe dish
Bake at 350, uncovered for 35 minutes
