Hello! I am Melita
I want to welcome you to my website. I am a Health and Wellness Coach and will help you establish lifelong habits and routines that will improve your health and steer you toward your goals. I have over 13 years of experience. I have helped over 1,000 + people achieve better health and balance in their lives.
When I started having children weight was a struggle. I have lost and gained the same 35 pounds multiple times in my life. Chances are, wherever you are in your health journey, I was there at one time too! My weight and health priorities fluctuated for years. When I was 40 years old, I decided it was time to make a change. Over the next 3 months, I lost 35 pounds and went from a barely getting through the day to someone who enjoys being outside, playing with my grandchildren, and just moving my body. My health, happiness and overall lifestyle improved. I changed my habits and routines and YOU CAN TOO!
I am now 68 and am an active, healthy wife, mother and grandmother!
And just thing it all started with a decision to TAKE CHARGE of my health.
