Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Repeat a few times to feel calmer.

Reframe Your Perspective 🔄
Shift your mindset—rather than seeing stress as a threat, view it as a challenge you can tackle. Focus on what you can control and release what you can’t.

Prioritize Self-Care 🧘‍♀️🌿
Make time for activities that bring joy and relaxation—whether it’s a walk in nature, journaling, or connecting with loved ones.
