She now consumes smaller portions, has curbed her sweet tooth, and significantly reduced her sugar intake. Additionally, she has prioritized hydration by increasing her water intake. 💧
Evening Eating Habits 🌙
When asked about her nighttime snacking habits, Lelia mentioned occasional indulgence but endeavors to cease eating by 7 pm. This conscious decision reflects her commitment to maintaining a healthy eating schedule. 🕖
Intermittent Fasting Routine ⏰
Lelia has incorporated intermittent fasting into her routine, typically observing a 14-hour gap between meals. She recognizes the benefits of fasting in allowing the body time to recuperate and reset. 🍽️
